PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parents filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on September 1, 2020. The Hearing Officer was appointed on September 10, 2020. A Prehearing Conference was held on September 16, 2020. The issues in the case were set forth, and a hearing date was set for October 29, 2020. The Hearing Officer was notified via email on October 15, 2020 that the parents were withdrawing their request for a due process hearing.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
