PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on June 16, 2020. The Hearing Officer was appointed on June 17, 2020 and conducted a Prehearing Conference on July 10, 2020 at which time the parties reported that they had resolved the dispute in principle and were working on a settlement agreement. On August 15, 2020, the Parents withdrew the Due Process Complaint.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The matter is DISMISSED.
