PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on April 15, 2020. The Hearing Officer was appointed on April 16, 2020 and conducted a Prehearing Conference on May 7, 2020. The hearing was scheduled for July 23, 2020. On July 21, the Parent withdrew the Due Process Complaint without prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED.
