ISSUE:

Is the most recent psychosocial evaluation, speech and language evaluation, occupational therapy and functional behavioral assessment appropriate?

PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Student is entitled to receive a free and appropriate public education in the least restrictive environment as defined in the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act (“IDEA”) §20 U. S. C. 1401 et seq. and Connecticut General Statutes §10-76a et seq. The Board filed the Due Process Hearing Complaint on March 11, 2020. The Hearing Officer was appointed on March 11, 2020. A Pre-Hearing conference was noticed for March 18, 2020. The Board withdrew their complaint with prejudice on March 18, 2020.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.
