SUMMARY AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY:

Case 20-0301 was commenced by the Board on January 14, 2020. A prehearing conference was held on February 18, 2020. At the prehearing conference, hearing dates were set for April 20, 2020 and April 21, 2020 and the decision date was determined to be February 28, 2020. The decision date was later extended to March 27, 2020.

On March 4, 2020, the attorney for the Parents notified the undersigned that the request for an independent educational evaluation (IEE) was being withdrawn without prejudice. Thereafter, on March 10, 2020, the undersigned hearing officer was advised by the attorney for the District that the hearing request was being withdrawn without prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is dismissed without prejudice.
