ISSUES:

1. Is the Board’s psychological evaluation appropriate?

2. If not, are the parents entitled to an IEE at public expense by Dr. Laura Sees?

PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Board filed its Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on January 9, 2020. The Hearing Officer was appointed on January 10, 2020. On January 21, 2020, via email, the Parents withdrew the IEE request. As a result, the Board withdrew its request for a due process hearing in the above matter.

In light of the above, the matter is DISMISSED.
