PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parent brought the initial Due Process Complaint and Hearing Request on December 23, 2019. The Hearing Officer was appointed on December 31, 2019.

A Prehearing Telephone Conference took place on January 16, 2020.

A hearing was scheduled for February 25, 2020; at the hearing, the Parent withdrew the complaint without prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
