SUMMARY AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY:
Case 20-0165 was commenced by the Parents by request received by the District on December 17, 2019. A prehearing conference was scheduled for December 24, 2019 but not held as the matter had already been settled in principle. Based on the date of receipt the decision date was determined to be February 28, 2020. The decision date was later extended to March 31, 2020.
On February 25, 2020, the undersigned hearing officer was advised by the attorney for the Parents that the matter was withdrawn with prejudice.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The matter is dismissed with prejudice.
