PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Board brought the Due Process Complaint and Hearing Request on October 4, 2019. The Hearing Officer was appointed on October 8, 2019. The Hearing Officer wrote the parties and scheduled a Prehearing Conference on October 18, 2019. On October 17, 2019, the Board’s attorney informed the Hearing Officer that Board was withdrawing its Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED
