PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on November 25, 2019. The Hearing Officer was appointed on November 27, 2019 and held a Prehearing Conference on December 11, 2019. The hearing was scheduled for January 28, 2020. On January 17, 2020, the Parents withdrew the Due Process Complaint without prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED.
