PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parent brought the initial Due Process Complaint and Hearing Request on September 16, 2019. The first Hearing Officer appointed recused herself on December 18, 2019. The second Hearing Officer was appointed that same day. A Prehearing Telephone Conference took place on January 9, 2020.

A hearing was scheduled for February 3, 2020.

On January 27, 2020, the Parent’s attorney notified the Hearing Officer that the parties had settled the matter and that the Parents were withdrawing their request for a hearing without prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED
