PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on September 13, 2019. The Hearing Officer was appointed on the same day and conducted a Prehearing Conference on October 3, 2019. The Student’s request for extension of the mailing date was to engage in mediation was granted. The hearing was scheduled for November 25, 2019. On November 5, 2019, the Student’s attorney withdrew the Due Process Complaint without prejudice.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
