1. Did the Board offer FAPE for the 2017-2018, 2018-2019, 2019-2020 school years and 2018 and 2019 extended school years?

2. Are the Parents entitled to reimbursement for Winston Preparatory School for the 2019- 2020 school year?

3. Is the Student entitled to compensatory education as a remedy?

PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parents filed their Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on October 24, 2019. The Hearing Officer was appointed on October 25, 2019. A Prehearing Conference was noticed for and held on November 11, 2020. On April 15, 2020, via email, the Attorney for the parents withdrew their request for a Due Process Hearing and requested that it be dismissed with prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

In light of the above, the matter is DISMISSED.
