PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Parents brought the initial Due Process Complaint and Hearing Request on August 19, 2019. The Hearing Officer was appointed on August 20, 2019. A Prehearing Telephone Conference took place on September 4, 2019.
A hearing was scheduled for October 23, 2019. The Parents requested a postponement of the hearing on October 16, 2019. The request was granted on October 21, 2019. On October 22, 2019, the Parents requested an extension of the mailing date, which was extended to December 4, 2019; and the Hearing Officer set a new hearing date for November 22, 2019.
On October 29, 2019, the Parents’ attorney notified the Hearing Officer that the parties had settled the matter and that the Parents were withdrawing their request for a hearing with prejudice.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The matter is DISMISSED
