PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Norwalk Board of Education filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on July 30, 2019. The Hearing Officer was appointed on August 1, 2019. A Prehearing Conference was noticed for and held on August 26, 2019. On September 19, 2019, via email, the Board reported that the Parents withdrew their request for IEEs and withdrew its hearing request.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
In light of the above, the matter is DISMISSED.
