PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Board brought the Due Process Complaint and Hearing Request on July 22, 2019. The Hearing Officer was appointed on July 23, 2019 and conducted Prehearing Conference on August 13, 2019. The Hearing Officer granted the parties’ request for the mailing date of the Final Decision to be extended from September 5, 2019 to October 5, 2019 in order to engage in mediation. On September 13, the Board withdrew the Hearing Request.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED
