The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on July 11, 2019. The Hearing Officer was appointed on July 16, 2019 and issued a Notice of a Prehearing Conference for July 25, 2019. On July 22, 2019, the Parent notified the Hearing Officer that the Parent had settled the dispute and was withdrawing the Due Process Complaint.

The matter is DISMISSED.
