SUMMARY AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY:

Case 19-0606 was commenced by the Board on June 24, 2019. Based on the date of filing, the decision date was determined to be August 8, 2019.

On June 25, 2019, the Parents sent an email to the State Department of Education indicating that they were withdrawing their request for an IEE. On July 1, 2019, the Board’s attorney sent an email advising that, based on the Parents’ email, the Board was withdrawing its hearing request without prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is dismissed without prejudice.
