PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on June 19, 2019. The Hearing Officer was appointed on the same day and conducted a Prehearing Conference on July 12, 2019. The hearing as scheduled for October 15, 2019. The parties jointly requested a postponement of the hearing date and an extension of the mailing date of the Final Decision to November 1, 2019 mediate the issues in dispute. The hearing was postponed to October 29, 2019 so the parties could finalize their negotiations. On October 26, 2019, the Parent’s attorney reported to the Hearing Officer that the Parent was withdrawing the Due Process Complaint with prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.
