1. Was the board's school psychological evaluation of the Student appropriate?

2. If not, is the Parent entitled to an Independent Educational Evaluation in the area of a school psychological evaluation, at the Board's expense?

PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND:

Counsel for the Board filed this Request for a Due Process Hearing on June 12, 2019. The Hearing Officer was assigned on June 14, 2019. A Prehearing Conference was scheduled and held on June 20, 2019, and on the same day Counsel for the Board stated she was withdrawing the case without prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The case is DISMISSED without prejudice.
