Was the Student denied FAPE by the Watertown Board of Education (Board) when it denied ESY for 2019 which included the reduction of speech services to 3 hours a week, the denial of camp, the denial of a Parks and Recreation program, the denial of therapeutic horseback riding and the denial of maintaining ESY hours?

3. Was the Student denied FAPE by the Board when it denied the use of an adaptive bike and the reinstatement of music therapy to 60 minutes per week for the 2019-2020 school year?

PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on June 11, 2019. The Hearing Officer was appointed on June 12, 2019. A Prehearing Conference was scheduled for June 19, 2019 and the parties discussed the issues and set several hearing dates in July. The Hearing Officer was notified by the Parent on June 12, 2019 that she was withdrawing her request for a Due Process Hearing.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The matter is DISMISSED.
