Did the Board fail to offer the Student a free and appropriate education (“FAPE”) for the 2018-19 school year by failing to offer Extended School Year services?

PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parent filed the Due Process Hearing Complaint on April 15, 2019. The Hearing Officer was appointed on April 15, 2019. A Pre-Hearing conference was scheduled for April 29, 2019. The Parent withdrew the complaint with prejudice on April 27, 2019.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.
