SUMMARY AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY:
Case 19-0457 was commenced by the Board by request received by the state on April 3, 2019. A prehearing conference was held on April 16, 2019. At the prehearing conference, hearing dates were set for May 23, 2019 and May 24, 2019 and the decision date was determined to be May 17, 2019. The decision date was subsequently extended to June 17, 2019 and the scheduled hearings were cancelled.
On May 1, 2019, the undersigned hearing officer was advised by the attorney for the Board that the parties had reached a settlement in the case and the matter should therefore be dismissed.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The matter is dismissed.
