ISSUES:

1. Is the Individualized Education Plan provided to the Student for the 2018- 19 school year appropriate?

2. If not, should the Student be placed in a program out of district at the expense of the Board?

PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parents filed the Due Process Hearing Complaint on March 27, 2019. The Hearing Officer was appointed on April 1, 2019. A Pre-Hearing conference was scheduled for April 17, 2019. The Parent withdrew the complaint on April 12, 2019.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED.
