PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on March 26, 2019. The Hearing Officer was appointed on March 29, 2019. A Prehearing Conference was held on April 30, 2019. The parties had hearing dates scheduled for June 10 and 12, 2019. The mailing date was June 9, 2019. On June 2, 2019, the Parents, through counsel, notified the hearing officer that the parents withdrew their Due Process Request for Hearing, without prejudice.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
