The Student/Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on March 6, 2019. The Hearing Officer was appointed on March 8, 2019. A Prehearing Conference was held on March 22, 2019. On April 26, 2019, via email, the Complaint was withdrawn.

In light of the above, the matter is DISMISSED.
