PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Board filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on February 26, 2019. The Hearing Officer was appointed on March 1, 2019. A Prehearing Conference was held on March 13, 2019. The parties had hearing dates scheduled for May 2 and May 13, 2019. The mailing date was April 15, 2019. On April 11, 2019, the Board requested an extension of the mailing date and were granted a one-month extension until May 15, 2019. On April 26, 2019, the parties attended a resolution session and the parents withdrew their request for an IEE, and the Board indicated that they were withdrawing their Due Process Request for hearing.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The matter is DISMISSED.
