PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parent(s) filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on April 18, 2019. The Hearing Officer was appointed on April 22, 2019. A Prehearing Conference was noticed for and held on April 30, 2019. On August 21, 2019, via email, the Complaint was withdrawn by the Parents without prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

In light of the above, the matter is DISMISSED.
