PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on, Case No. 19-0544 on May 24, 2019. The Board filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on May 23, 2019, Case No. 19-0539. Hearing Officer Kelly Moyher was assigned to case 19-0539, Hearing Officer Uswah Khan was assigned to case 19-0544. The Board requested the two cases be consolidated, and the consolidation was granted on May 31, 2019 by Hearing Officer Khan. The prehearing conference on both cases was held on May 31, 2019. The mailing date was August 14, 2019. The Board notified the Hearing Officer that the Parent was withdrawing her Due Process Request for hearing without prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED without Prejudice.
