PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parents filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on February 4, 2019. The Hearing Officer was appointed on February 6, 2019. A Notice for Prehearing Conference was mailed out, however, the parties failed to respond and a Prehearing Conference was not scheduled. The representative for the Board of Education notified the Hearing Officer that the parents had withdrawn their Due Process Request for hearing on February 28, 2019.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED.
