PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Parents filed the Due Process Hearing Complaint on January 29, 2019. The Hearing Officer was appointed on January 31, 2019. A Pre-Hearing conference was held on February 7, 2019. The mailing date for the final decision is April 12, 2019. The Parents withdrew their complaint with prejudice on April 4, 2019.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.
