PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on January 21, 2019. The Hearing Officer was appointed on January 23, 2019. A Prehearing Conference was noticed for January 31, 2019 and rescheduled to February 15, 2019. On February 6, 2019, the Parent emailed the Hearing Officer and advised that the Due Process Complaint was being withdrawn without prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

In light of the above, the matter is DISMISSED.
