PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Board brought the Due Process Complaint and Hearing Request on December 26, 2018. The Hearing Officer was appointed on January 3, 2019. The Hearing Officer wrote the parties and scheduled a Prehearing Conference on January 11, 2019. On February 27, 2019, the Board withdrew the Hearing Request without prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
