2. If not, is day placement at Forman School the appropriate program for the Student for the 2018-19 school year and should the Board be ordered to place the Student at Forman School for the 2018-19 school year and reimburse the Parents for any tuition expended?
3. Is the Student entitled to compensatory education?
PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on February 21, 2019. The matter was assigned to Hearing Officer Laura Share, who held a prehearing conference on March 4, 2019. On March 4, 2019, the matter was reassigned to Hearing Officer Melinda Powell. On May 2, 2019, via email, the Parent’s Complaint was withdrawn as the matter had been settled.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
In light of the above, the matter is DISMISSED.
