PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Boards brought the Due Process Complaint and Hearing Request on November 26, 2018. The Hearing Officer was appointed on November 28, 2018. The Hearing Officer scheduled a Prehearing Conference on November 7, 2018. On November 6, 2018, the Boards’ attorney informed the Hearing Officer that Board was withdrawing its Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing without prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
