PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parents filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on October 4, 2018. The Hearing Officer was appointed on October 15, 2018. A Prehearing Conference was scheduled for October 22, 2018. The Hearing Officer was notified by the attorney for the Parents via email on October 18, 2018 that the Parents were withdrawing their request for a Due Process Hearing.

This case is DISMISSED without prejudice.
