The Student/ Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on September 4, 2018. The Hearing Officer was appointed on September 4, 2018. A Prehearing Conference was held on September 7, 2018. On September 18, 2018, via email, the Complaint was withdrawn without prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

In light of the above, the matter is DISMISSED.
