ISSUES:

PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on July 13, 2018. The Hearing Officer was appointed on July 18, 2018 and issued a notice of a Prehearing Conference on July 26, 2018. On July 24, 2018, the Parent notified the Hearing Officer that the parties and come to an agreement as a result of a Resolution Session and that the Parent was withdrawing the Due Process Complaint with prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.
