5. Whether CALO, a residential school in Missouri, is an appropriate placement for the 2018-2019 school year?

6. Whether the Parent is entitled to reimbursement, including related expenses, for CALO from January 11, 2018 through the school year, and extended school year?

7. Whether the Parent is entitled to reimbursement, including related expenses, for CALO from for the 2018-2019 the school year, and extended school year?

8. Whether any of the Parent’s claims are barred by the two year limitations period?

9. Whether the Student is entitled to compensatory education?

PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on July 10, 2018. The Hearing Officer was appointed on July 11, 2018, and held a Prehearing Conference on July 20, 2018. The mailing date was extended to accommodate mediation. On October 1, 2018, the Parent, through counsel, e-mailed the Hearing Officer and withdrew the Due Process Complaint.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

In light of the above, the matter is DISMISSED.
