ISSUES:

1. Was Student provided with FAPE in the 2017-2018 school year?

2. Was Student offered FAPE for the 2018-2019 school year and Extended School Year?

3. If not, should Parents be reimbursed for education related expenses for Student?

PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on July 3, 3018. The Hearing Officer was appointed on July 5, 2018 and conducted a Prehearing Conference on July 16, 2018. The parties reported at the Prehearing Conference that they had an oral agreement to settle the dispute. On September 7, 208, the Parent’s attorney reported to the Hearing Officer that the parties had finalized their agreement and that the Parent was withdrawing the Due Process Complaint with prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.
