PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY

The Student submitted a request for due process to the State of Connecticut on July 2, 2018. This Impartial Hearing Officer was assigned to determine the case on July 5, 2018. A pre-hearing conference was noticed for July 26, 2018. The Board withdrew its complaint on October 11, 2018.

FINAL DECISION/ORDER

The Board’s request for due process is hereby DISMISSED.
