PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Parent, through counsel, filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on July 23, 2018. The Hearing Officer was appointed on July 27, 2018 and conducted a Prehearing Conference on August 13, 2018. Hearing dates were noticed for October 1 and 2, 2018. On September 13, 2018, counsel for the Parent withdrew the due process request and all hearing dates were cancelled.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
In light of the above, the matter is DISMISSED.
