2. Are Parents entitled to an independent educational evaluation at public expense?

PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Board brought its Hearing Request on June 15, 2018. The Hearing Officer was appointed June 20, 2018.

On July 11, 2018, the Attorney for the Board informed the Hearing Officer by e-mail that the parties resolved the matter regarding the Parents’ request for an IEE, and as a result the Board was withdrawing its request for a Due Process Hearing.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED
