PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parents, through counsel, filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on June 14, 2018. The Hearing Officer received a notice of appointment on June 19, 2018. The Hearing Officer conducted a Prehearing Conference on June 25, 2018, and hearing dates were scheduled and noticed. On September 13, 2018, via email to the Hearing Officer, counsel for the Parents withdrew the due process request.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

In light of the above, the matter is DISMISSED.
