PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

On 6/4/18, the Board initiated this special education due process case. On 6/5/18, this Impartial Hearing Officer was assigned to this case. On 6/12/18, this Impartial Hearing Officer noticed a Prehearing Conference for 6/20/18. On 6/19/18, the pro se Parents withdrew their request for an IEE, and the Board withdrew its due process request.

ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
