PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Board filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on May 30, 2018. The Hearing Officer was appointed on May 31, 2018 and conducted a Prehearing Conference on June 18, 2018. The Hearing Officer granted the Board’s request for the extension of the mailing date of the Final Decision to August 30, 2018 to accommodate the availability of witnesses for the hearing. The hearing was scheduled for July 31, 2018 and August 20, 2018. On July 12, 2018, the Board’s attorney withdrew the Due Process Complaint without prejudice.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
