PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on May 11, 2018 The Hearing Officer was appointed on May 15, 2018 and conducted a Prehearing Conference on May 30, 2018. The hearing was initially scheduled for June 22, 2018 and was postponed to July 11, 2018 at the request of the parties for good cause shown. The mailing date was extended at the request of the parties to July 26, 2018. On July 11, 2018, the Parents withdrew the Due Process Complaint without prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
