PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parents filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on April 26, 2018. The Hearing Officer was appointed on May 4, 2018 and conducted a Prehearing Conference on May 25, 2018. The hearing was scheduled for June 28, 2018. On June 25, 2018, the Parents’ attorney withdrew the matter without prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
