PROCEDURAL HISTORY:
The Student initiated this special education due process case on April 10, 2018. This Impartial Hearing Officer was assigned to the case on April 11, 2018. A Prehearing Conference was convened on April 25, 2018. Megan Collins appeared on behalf of the Student. Attorney Kyle McClain appeared on behalf of the Bozrah Board of Education and Attorney Marsha Moses appeared on behalf of the Norwich Free Academy. It was established that the deadline for filing the final decision in this case is June 23, 2018. Evidentiary hearings were scheduled for July 2, 2018 and July 9, 2018.
On June 15, 2018, the Student filed a Motion to Withdraw this matter as it has been resolved through settlement.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
It is ordered that the Student’s Motion to Withdraw is granted and the matter is dismissed with prejudice.
