PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on February 7, 2018. The Hearing Officer was appointed on February 7, 2018 and conducted a Prehearing Conference on February 20, 2018 and a second conference on April 5, 2018. The hearing was initially scheduled for May 23, 2018 and a subsequent hearing date of June 4, 2018 was scheduled after notices of extension were filed on April 5, 2018 and May 18, 2018. On May 25, 2018, the Parent’s attorney reported to the Hearing Officer that the parties had finalized their agreement and that the Parent was withdrawing the Due Process Complaint with prejudice.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.
